       Explore the mysterious world of Italian Amari with Joseph Rendon, Olive & June's Certified Sommelier, and begin to uncover the secret recipes and bitter truths of this complex and fascinating Italian digestiv.

Join us for a guided tasting of eight different Amari, and learn about herbalist monks, distillation techniques and local traditions that developed over centuries of trade.
