Join Parkside Projects beverage director, Paul Ozbirn, as we explore the world of Amari: a complex and fascinating Italian digestivi developed over centuries of trade with the Far East.  Learn about herbalist monks, distillation, and local tradition while walking through a guided tasting of 8 different Amaro.   Hors d’oeuvres will be served to enjoy throughout the tasting.
